Why good attendance and punctuality are important
Optima Electrical Training is committed to providing high quality education
and training. We want to support you to achieve well during your time at College. To do this we will:
Set high expectations for attendance and punctuality at all timetabled ses-
sions - you are expected to have 100% attendance and always be on time
Work in partnership with you to make sure you attend regularly and are punctual – so that you can demonstrate to future employers, other colleges or
universities that you are reliable, committed and hard working
Act to improve attendance and punctuality where necessary – this includes
our right to take disciplinary action against students and even to exclude
them from the College if attendance is poor
Optima Electrical Trainings’ responsibilities
We are obliged to:

Ensure that all users have adequate access to the training in which
they have enrolled
•
Liaise any changes or updates to schedule or mode of training, giving
appropriate notice of such changes
•
Whether online or centre based, the delivery of said course is delivered
in a comparative way
•
Ensure our online functionality is suitable and fitting for the relevant
course
•
Offer additional support as and when required
