Exam Fee Policy
We offer a free resit service with most of our courses as we are confident in our delivery
and teaching approach - C&G 2396 not included. This is a feature that is far from
standard within the industry and we are more than happy to offer this to our learners.
In the event that you require a further exam a small fee will be charged. The exam fees
are £70 for diplomas and £114 for all other courses. Please note, a standard fee of £145
is applied for all practical assessments where a resit / reassessment is required.

Our Complaints Policy sets out the process for both informal and formal complaints. It
is our policy to encourage students, employers, and members of the community to resolve issues and disagreements informally, wherever possible.
