Welcome to Optima Electrical Training
Our aim in producing this document was to create a one-stop information
point where you can access all of the information you are likely to need in
relation to your training with us. This handbook and corresponding policy
documents form part of your learner9s agreement with Optima Electrical
Training.
This document gives an overview of our policies and also outlines what
you can expect from us as your training provider, how we can support you
during your studies and what we expect from you as a student.
We hope you find this a useful guide during your training with us. However,
