Optima Electrical Training is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected.
Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified
when using our services, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. Our full privacy policy can be viewed on our
website.
You are welcome to send us an email to initiate a formal request for the disclosure
of your collected personal and processed data under the regulations of UK-GDPR.
Whether you choose to communicate this request verbally or in written form, we
are committed to providing you with a copy of your personal information within a
30-day timeframe.

Disciplinary Code
OET always expects students to conduct themselves in an exemplary manner and
to show consideration for others. It is important that our students play their part in
maintaining good order and a harmonious atmosphere at our centre.
Students are expected to show respect for individuals, property and the environment and should not engage in behaviour which could cause distress to other
users of OET or our neighbours.
We reserve the right to take disciplinary action against any student whose deeds,
actions or behaviour are inappropriate as set out in this Learners Agreement.
