It's important to know that student support is your point of contact for any
assistance you may need during your academic journey.
Our student support team is dedicated to helping you succeed, and we offer
a range of services and resources to assist you in achieving your goals.
If you encounter any obstacles or challenges during your studies, don't hesi-
tate to reach out to us for help.
Our student support team can be contacted on 0330 330 8489 from 9am
until 4pm Monday thru Thursday.
You can also email at studentsupport@optima-ect.com. We aim to respond
to all emails with 72 hours of receipt.
